What color will my ombré brows be?

When it comes to ombré brows/microshading, one of the first questions clients ask is what color I’ll use for their brows.

The answer? We’ll match your brows to your natural hair color, regardless of whether your hair is currently blond, red, pink, or any other shade.

Why?

Because ombré brow pigment sits inside the skin, not outside like traditional makeup. That means that whatever color we use needs to hold up well over time. Though your brows are designed to fade, they won’t completely disappear out of the blue. Your natural hair color is going to be the best color for your face over the years.

If your hair is dyed and you’d prefer lighter/brighter color in your brows, I suggest adding a bit of that target color to them with a brow pencil or pomade. That way, if you ever decide to switch it up, you have flexibility in your color choices.
